In accordance with applicable legal and internal provisions, including the Charter for Respecting Others, which applies to the entire ESSEC community, this platform enables secure reporting and exchanges. It is accessible to students, professors, and staff members with an active B0 account.

On this platform, you have the opportunity to report any behaviour or situation that is 

  • contrary to the Common Charter for the respect for others for students
  • referred to in the law Sapin 2 for staff in France

You can report here situations that you are personally aware of or have personally witnessed. The confidentiality of your identity will be maintained when you make your report and throughout the report processing procedure.

Who can use the reporting platform ?

Any member of the ESSEC community—students, professors, and staff members—whether a victim or a witness, can use this platform.

Is reporting anonymous and confidential?

Reports made through the platform are handled in strict confidentiality. However, they are not anonymous.


All individuals involved in the reporting process and its management are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality and impartiality.

To know

Each report has its own discussion system that allows messages to be sent and received. These exchanges take in account the choice of the notifiting party, if he/she has decided to remain anonymous. Only designated referents will receive the information contained in the form that you are going to complete and send us. You will be able to track your report and communicate with the referent(s) with the confidential code that is generated by the platform when you submit your report.


Each report will undergo a thorough review and be handled appropriately based on the facts provided.
